Im Oktober 2025 begann meine Tätigkeit am 1. Oktober. Alle unsere Patienten waren täglich um 8:00 Uhr in der Stiftung anwesend, um ihren Blutdruck und ihren Nüchternblutzucker kontrollieren zu lassen. Meine tägliche Arbeit endete jeweils um 14:00 Uhr.
Am 3. Oktober 2025 besuchte auch unser Arzt die Stiftung. Er untersuchte alle unsere Patienten sowie weitere Personen, die nicht zu den 25 regelmäßig von der Stiftung betreuten Patienten gehörten. Bei diesen Personen kontrollierte ich den Blutdruck und den Nüchternblutzucker.
Nach den ärztlichen Untersuchungen wurde bei zwölf (12) Patienten ein erhöhter Blutzuckerspiegel und bei vierzehn (14) Patienten ein erhöhter Blutdruck festgestellt. Patienten mit Bluthochdruck, erhöhtem Blutzucker, Malaria, Typhus und anderen Erkrankungen wurden untersucht und entsprechend behandelt.
Alle Patienten wurden dazu ermutigt, ihre Medikamente weiterhin regelmäßig einzunehmen. Bei Patienten mit einem erhöhten Blutdruck von etwa 150/90 mmHg sank der Blutdruck nach der Einnahme der Medikamente auf etwa 128/80 mmHg. Bei Patienten mit einem erhöhten Blutzuckerwert von etwa 216 mg/dl sank dieser nach der Medikamenteneinnahme auf etwa 135 mg/dl.
Im Oktober 2025 wurden insgesamt 116 Blutzuckermessungen und 210 Blutdruckmessungen durchgeführt.
Der allgemeine Gesundheitszustand unserer Patienten ist gut und stabil.

In October 2025, I started on 1st October 2025. All our patients were present at the foundation by 8:00 am for blood pressure checks and fasting blood sugar, and I rounded up at 2:00 pm every day. Our Doctor also visited our patients on 3rd October 2025, and he examined all our patients in the foundation, as well as people who were not among our 25 patients in the foundation. I checked their blood pressure and fasting blood sugar levels. After the doctor’s examination, he diagnosed twelve (12) patients with high blood sugar levels, while fourteen (14) patients had high blood pressure. Both patients with high blood pressure, high blood sugar, malaria, typhoid fever and other sicknesses were examined and treated. They were all encouraged to continue taking their medications, as they will be fine. Our patients with high blood pressure in the range of 150/90mmHg reduced to 128/80mmHg, while patients with high blood sugar in the range of 216mg reduced to 135mg after taking their medications. This month of October 2025, the number checked for blood sugar (116), One Hundred and Sixteen and blood pressure were Two Hundred and Ten (210). Our patients‘ health conditions are healthy and good.
