Im Monat Februar 2025 begann unsere Arbeit am 1. Februar 2025. Alle unsere Patienten kamen, um ihren Blutdruck, Blutzuckerspiegel und ihre Vitalzeichen überprüfen zu lassen. Die Behandlung begann sofort. Wir starteten um 8:00 Uhr morgens und beendeten die Untersuchungen um 14:00 Uhr. Ich überprüfte den Nüchternblutzucker und den Blutdruck unserer Patienten.
Unser Arzt besuchte die Patienten am 19. Februar 2025. Er untersuchte alle Patienten gründlich, tastete Brustkorb und Herz ab, während ich nach seiner Untersuchung den Blutdruck und den Nüchternblutzucker maß.
Neun (9) Patienten wurden wegen Blutzuckerproblemen behandelt, während zehn (10) wegen Bluthochdruck in Behandlung waren. Patienten mit sowohl hohem Blutzucker als auch hohem Blutdruck wurden diagnostiziert und behandelt. Alle wurden ermutigt, ihre Medikamente weiterhin regelmäßig einzunehmen.
Bei unseren Patienten mit erhöhtem Blutzucker sank der Wert von 385 mg auf 150 mg, während bei Patienten mit Bluthochdruck die Werte von 162/102 mmHg auf 145/95 mmHg reduziert werden konnten.
Im Februar 2025 wurden insgesamt einhundertachtundachtzig (188) Personen auf Blutdruck und einhundertvier (104) Personen auf Nüchternblutzucker untersucht. Der Gesundheitszustand unserer Patienten war insgesamt gut und stabil.

This month, February 2025, I started on the 1st of February 2025.
All our patients came to check their blood pressure, blood sugar levels and also their vital signs. Treatment starts immediately It was 8:00 am, and 1 rounded up at 2:00 pm. I checked their fasting blood sugar level and Blood Pressure.
Our Doctor visited our patients on the 19th of February, 2025. He examined all the patient he palpates sound their chest and heart beat while I checked their blood pressure and fasting blood sugar after Doctors examination Nine (9) were on Blood sugar while (10) were on Blood pressure both patients on high blood sugar and high blood pressure were diagnosed and treated they all were encouraged to continue taking their drugs. Our patients with high blood sugar level in the range of 385mg reduces to 150mg, while patients with high blood pressure in the range of 162/102mmttg reduces to 145/95mmttg this month of February 2025 one hundred and eighty-eight (188) were checked for blood pressure and one hundred and four 104 were checked for fasting blood sugar level our patients health condition were good and fine.
