Ich habe am 1. Juli 2023 angefangen. Alle unsere Patienten kamen für ihre täglichen Vitalfunktionen zur Stiftung. Ich begann sofort mit der Behandlung, es war 8.00 Uhr morgens. Ich habe den Blutdruck und den Nüchternblutzucker unserer Patienten überprüft und jeden Tag um 15.00 Uhr aufgerundet.
Der Arzt besuchte unsere Patienten am 4. Juli 2023. Er untersuchte unsere Patienten und diagnostizierte sie, während ich ihren Blutdruck und Nüchternblutzucker überprüfte. Nach der ärztlichen Untersuchung wurden vierzehn (14) Patienten mit hohem Blutdruck und vier (4) Patienten mit hohem Blutzuckerspiegel diagnostiziert und behandelt. Beide Patienten mit hohem Blutdruck und hohem Blutzuckerspiegel wurden ermutigt, ihre Medikamente weiterhin einzunehmen. Bei unseren Patienten sinkt der Blutzuckerspiegel im Bereich von 449 mg auf 168 mg und auch bei Patienten mit hohem Blutdruck liegt der Wert bei 196 mmHg, nach Einnahme ihrer Medikamente beträgt er 140 mmHg.
In diesem Monat Juli 2023 wurden einhundertneunzig (190) Patienten auf ihren Blutdruck und siebzig (70) Patienten auf ihren Nüchternblutzucker untersucht. Andere Patienten mit Krankheiten wie Malaria, Typhus, Bauchschmerzen und Husten wurden untersucht und behandelt. Sie waren alle glücklich und gesund. Gott sei die Ehre, Amen.

JULY 2023 REPORT
I started on the 1st of July, 2023. All our patients arrived at Foundation
for their daily vital signs. I started treating them immediately it was 8.00
am in the morning. I checked our patients’ Blood Pressure and their
Fasting Blood Sugar and rounded up at 3.00 pm each day.
The Doctor visited our patients on the 4th of July, 2023. He examined our
patients and diagnosed, them while I checked their Blood Pressure and
Fasting Blood Sugar. After the Doctor’s examination, fourteen (14)
patients with high blood pressure and four (4) patients with high blood
sugar level was diagnosed and treated. Both patients with High blood
pressure and High blood sugar level were encouraged to continue with
their drugs. Our patients with high blood sugar level in the range of 449mg
reduces to 168mg and also those with high blood pressure ranges at
196mmHg after taking their drugs it ranges to 140mmHg.
In this month of July 2023 hundred and ninety (190) patients were
checked for blood pressure while seventy (70) patients were checked for
Fasting blood sugar. Other patients with sicknesses like malaria, typhoid,
abdominal pains, and cough were examined and treated. They all were
happy and healthy. To God be the glory, Amen.
